Nautilus, the company behind Bowflex products, introduced a new model today bow flex Max Trainer, bringing support Apple HealthKit. This is one of the first fitness products that supports HealthKit from the company Apple. In a few weeks we will see the Nautilus 616 product cardio, which will also bring support for HealthKit. Thanks to the integration HealthWith the Kit, Bowflex users can now see their workout logs, calories burned, heart rate, time spent standing, and distance traveled right on their iPhone display.
Data is obtained from the Bowflex app Max Trainer, which is accessed from the machine via a Bluetooth interface. Bowflex Max The Trainer isn't exactly the cheapest way to burn calories, though. The machine itself costs $999 and is designed to burn more calories than competing elliptical machines. The workouts are designed for 14-minute intervals, during which you burn calories and strengthen your body.
"As one of the first fitness trainers supporting Apple HeathKit, supports BowFlex Max "Calorie burning trainer by offering the latest information about your progress right on your phone's display," reported by Rob Murdock, Vice President of Nautilus, adding: “Studies show that the ability to track progress plays a key role in keeping people motivated to exercise. Our goal is to make the most of these tools so that people can understand and manage their fitness and health.
