The US District Court in San Jose recognized that Apple has not infringed Emblaze's patent at all and thus does not have to pay Emblaze any damages. The trial between the American and Israeli companies started already in 2010, when Emblaze was accused Apple from the fact that his new Apple TV misuses technology that allows the device to stream live broadcasts such as MLB games. After a closer examination of the issue and the initiation of the current trial, which occurred on July 1, the court concluded that Apple he is simply not guilty.
The court justified its verdict by saying that the overwhelming majority of the evidence presented did not indicate in any way that Apple infringed Emblaze's patent. Of course, that pleased me Apple and his attorneys, and attorney Mark Fowler said that Emblaze is a perfect example of a failed company that tried to attack Apple because of his success.
