Microsoft will end support for older versions of Skype

American software company Microsoft today through Computerworld announced the official end of support for older versions of Skype for Mac and Windows on the grounds that it wants to achieve the largest possible market presence with the new version of this popular means of communication. Specifically, versions 6.14 and older will be taken to rest. Support should end in the next few months.
