FiftyThree, the company behind the popular iPad app Paper, announced today that it has raised $15 million to build an app that lets you be even more creative than Paper. That's a pretty big deal for a company that made its name with just one app, and it's an actual app, not a game. If the upcoming app is as successful as Paper, it'll be a huge investment. FiftyThree was founded by a former employee Microsoftby Georg Petschnigg, who was one of the engineers working on the cancelled project Microsoft Courier.
