Redstar: why on earth? Do you enjoy going to settings all the time? Mainly because of CC iOS I'm looking forward to 7 like crazy, especially if it can be done from the lock screen, that's a luxury.
Maybe because Redstar simply has everything permanently on and doesn't need to do anything! (it's the same for me - everything is permanently on. I hardly go into the settings)
iPhone I have had the 5 since the beginning of sales, but the fingers of one hand would be enough to count the number of times I turned off/on all the functions that have shortcuts in CC... that is, except for wifi, I would need about two hands for that...
...and I'll fill it in, do you know why it's called "Lock Screen"??? Perhaps because the phone is locked and there is no risk of unwanted activation/deactivation of a function! So I don't see much sense in the fact that I accidentally slide my hand in my pocket on a locked phone, pull out the CC and accidentally disable some function on it.
I really don't understand. Is it such a hassle for you guys, to click in the settings one more time? How often do you turn on/off the functions entered in CC in an hour, that you have to have it accessible right away? I already wrote this in the discussions here once and no one explained to me what this is good for.
…now I stopped it and from picking up the locked phone, unlocking, clicking on settings, choosing WiFi and turning off WiFi = less than 3 seconds!!!
About how much time does ControlCenter save?
I could understand if it was a necessary action, e.g. for sending each SMS, that the extra click would be annoying, but how many times a day does even the most active Geek turn functions such as WiFi and BT or flight mode on and off?
It just seems to me that in this respect it is a matter of accommodating one group of users, which another group may perceive negatively. For example, my wife, as I wrote earlier, was horrified after sliding out the Control Center, what kind of buttons are those and will she then have them on her phone too?! Yes, she is an ordinary "telephone user" and she probably never needed to go into the settings. BT is paired with the car and permanently on, WiFi is permanently on, Airplay se naučila zapínat přímo u přehrávané písničky, Jas ani snad nikdy nenastavovala, hlasitost edituje tlačítky na boku telefonu atd. Prostě pro ní zbytečnost, která jí bude jen obtěžovat.
Exactly as Jarys and Majdy write. Disturbed mode is timed for night, I don't turn it on in any other way. I have the brightness set automatically, wifi always turns it on, I've probably never used bluetooth and the same thing with airplane mode. As far as I know, turning on the airdrop or sending things through him will be done a little differently than in CC. The only, but really the only thing that I can see that could be used in real life is to turn off the scrolling of the display, it sometimes bothers me when I'm lying down and it scrolls by itself. Otherwise, as Jarys said and as I said about 2 days ago. CC is for anmart users and the like who just have a bit of android in them and need to have it there to satisfy their ego.
And hey, here people are already figuring out how this new OS doesn't quite suit them.
It's just that everyone really doesn't like something there, and they just hope that they can somehow set it up like before!!!! Pretty funny :D :D
What's wrong with me? ios7 actually like them: The weather – but only partially – mostly when it snows there, that was quite nice. Then the 3D wallpaper, that's also nice, yeah and more siri I quite liked it, but I don't care if it's not in Czech :D
Some are nice, but some are exaggerated and some are appalling. Jonny Ivo should not have been allowed to work on software design (as for HW, I'm a big fan of him) because he ruined a significant part of it with his passion for simplicity iOS, ktore teraz posobi uz menej priatelsky. Hm a ten spotlight search it was probably in the best place where it could have been in the menu, now there is a gesture more - I can already see when I accidentally swipe my finger wrongly... I have a very bad feeling that over time OSX design will also change like this... just if you look at the icon iBooks in OSX Mavericks.
I fully hope that the control center can be turned off!
