If you don't like the system or something isn't working, let's take a look at how you can iOS 7 go back to the current version iOS 6. The instructions are not complicated and if you have mastered the transition to iOS 7, you can definitely do the so-called downgrade to the current version. So let's look at how to return iOS 7 back to iOS 6.

  1. Download the latest version iOS 6 for your device, which you can find for example right here.
  2. Connect iPhone/iPod touch to the latest version of iTunes using a cable.
  3. iPhone or start your iPod touch in the so-called DFU mode, which you can get into as follows: Press the buttons simultaneously Home button and Power button – After ten seconds, release the Power Button and Home Keep holding the button until iTunes displays the message that it is iPhone/iPod touch is in Recovery mode.
  4. Confirm the information about DFU mode in iTunes by pressing OK.
  5. Press Shift ve Windows or Alt on Mac and click Restore iPhone.
  6. Select the downloaded .ipsw file with iOS 6 and select ok.
  7. iPhone will be fully functional again with iOS 6.
