Apple in the new operating system iOS 7, which was yesterday at WWDC first officially introduced, focused a lot of its attention on photos. These are now much more clearly divided into so-called Collections and Moments, which group photos from the same place or from the same period, but we will get to that in the following articles. Now let's take a look at another new feature related to photos. These are filters, which are divided into filters that you can use directly in live view during shooting (only with iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5th generation) and so-called post-production filters that can be applied directly to any photo in the Pictures folder.
Apple offers a total of eight filters and you can now see how these filters look in practice. For the test, I used a photo from this year's vacation, which will become a typical image for everyone who will go on vacation in the near future and want to improve their photos with a filter. The photo comes specifically from Dominiof the Republic of Canada and you can first see it without any editing, then with individual filters.
so I check that the filters don't work for me, that they are only on iphone 5 and ipod touch 5th generation :(
so that's disappointing, the 4S isn't that old a phone and they already cut it off from the best things like airdrop and filter……. :(
Roman: the last two filters are nice
The 4S doesn't have a 5Ghz antenna, so it "supposedly" doesn't have it Airdrop.
As far as I know, I have 4S filters, but they are not in the live view, but they can be used for subsequent photo editing...
I had an ip5 and a 4S next to each other and the question arises how can a 4S with similar performance beoneWhy am I so slow and deliberate?
Perhaps the chipset and memory, but it's still a difference...
And as for the VF circuit ip5, I have no knowledge, so I don't know how much it is or isn't maketing...

It will be a marketing decision
I don't understand why. iphone 4 has no panorama, or siri
It's all marketing :). Just like when iphone 3G could not have a background on the menu
Amnart: I have an iPod touch 2G, which is virtually identical in hardware to the iPhone 3G. I turned on the background in the menu, the performance went down brutally. I tried it on iOS 4, 4.1, 4.2.1, it hurt me on each one...
obviously it won't just be marketing…
I have always been interested in one thing. For what reason Apple users cpe stock tracking apps? This on 100% most users will not use.
Eric: iPhone 1st gen with background no difference in speed...
I downloaded 7beta on iPhone4 GSM and that's a fact, sorry, pretty disgusting. It lags, freezes like Android, vrrrrrr……..it's ok beta, but the colors and processing are at the level of a high school designer. Once transition, then no, then 3D, led flat. The letter is misaligned in places. Texture in notes, not elsewhere. I don't like it. Forstall had a better feel for visualization and design. Probably the designers Microsoftua Applu were on some kind of social fet trip. Shares will go down :D
I wouldn't be sorry about that. (I have iPhone 5.)
ios 7 it's going great, I have iphone 5 and I don't notice any freezes and everything works as it should, even FaceTime. imessage...beautiful dynamic background, I'm not going back, I'm staying on ios7 :-)
