I'm not surprised that it doesn't work, if it did it would unnecessarily jam the processor, I have an IP 4 myself and I'm still considering whether to switch to ios7, there is a lot of stuttering on some videos, but that will definitely be due to the phone being overloaded, ios6 works great for me, since I don't mess up my phone with unnecessary crap and I have everything that affects the processor or RAM disabled, so hopefully it will work for me ios7 as fluent as the current six

Only the time zone can be set. New York, so it throws off the timing of the Email and as a result, every time I send an SMS, it screams bad timing. iMessages. even if it's a normal sms. Fix it due to a single time zone New York it doesn't work.
