Before WWDC increasingly interesting information is emerging, which is no longer mere speculation, but facts. No one doubts that it is precisely on WWDC a new version of the operating system appears for the first time Apple OS X 10.9. However, the developers have now alerted the server Appleinsider on one interesting piece of information, on the number of test builds. In the image below you can see the so-called GM Build Number, i.e. test build numbers for Golden Master versions of the company's individual operating systems Apple. Golden Master versions are usually the last test versions of the software, which then go directly to end users in an almost unchanged form.

You can see versions of test builds of the operating system, for example, in Google Analytics when measuring website traffic statistics. Now it has been revealed that the new, as-yet-unreleased version of OS X 10.9 already has 451 test builds without even getting into the hands of developers. While OS X 10.4 had 428 test builds before its GM version, and for example OS X 10.8 only had 269 versions before GM, the new operating system already has 451 test builds and is still not the so-called Golden Master.

This basically suggests two things. First, it will bring a new operating system from the company Apple more changes in its structure than OS X 10.8 and most likely the developers on WWDC they will already encounter a version that is approaching GM or they will directly encounter the Golden Master version. It is also possible that Apple decides to release OS X 10.9 without first making it available to developers, but that's highly unlikely. However, please note that the number of test builds does not necessarily mean visible changes in the operating system for ordinary users, but, for example, changes in the source codes of the operating system, which are of little interest to ordinary users.
