The success of the phone iPhone is the goal of many competing brands and therefore it is not surprising that these companies try to produce so-called "iPhone killers", i.e. phones that aim to end the successful evolution of the iPhone. Motorola, which is now owned by Google, but apparently is actually preparing this type of phone. During the weekend, however, Google presented its closer plans for the future. Its new low-cost smartphones should be built in a factory in Fort Worth, Texas. This factory used to make Nokia phones.

Among other things, Google claims that these will be the only smartphones that will be manufactured in the US instead of China. Today, it manufactures most of its products in China Apple, however, it seems that he is also starting to slowly move his production to the United States, also to a factory in Texas. Apple however, it should be making new Macs at a Foxconn-owned factory. But what is Google doing with Motorola?

The company is preparing phones under the name Moto X, which should have sensors that aim to monitor the user's activity and then adapt the operating system. This will be especially noticeable in cases where the user is in a hurry to catch a bus or enjoy a meal in a restaurant. Most of these technologies were presented at the D11 conference, which was also attended by the CEO Apple Tim Cook. The goal that Google has in mind with the Moto X series is clear. To offer users very cheap and at the same time high-quality smartphones that would fight against the high prices of today's devices. For example, the 16GB model iPhone 5 cannot be purchased in authorized stores for less than €600 today.
