Server & Hosting DigiTimes reported today that the next generation MacBookov Pro should contain Retina display with a resolution of up to 2880×1800 pixels. They should hit the market in the second quarter of 2012. Models MacBookov currently have a resolution from 1680×1050 to 1280×800, with a higher resolution this device should compete with new laptops and ultrabookom coming in the next year.
Future new processors from Intel on the Ivy Bridge platform, which will be manufactured using 22nm 3D technology, will increase not only computing but also graphics performance. They should thus support a resolution of 4096×4096 pixels, and will also be able to decode multiple 4K video streams at once. Mac OS X Lion supports wallpapers up to 3200×2000 pixels and icons also reach maximal resolution 1024×1024 pixels. All latest operating system from Apple so it supports HiDPI display mode. It follows that there are no known technical obstacles that would prevent the arrival of such a device.
So far we know that Apple plans Retina display also in the new iPad and will probably change the design of the new one MacBookat. Well, how it will be with high resolution is hard to say. Since it will not be a cheap matter, they are wondering if such a display will make it into the MacBooku Air or MacBooku Pro 15" and whether it will end up being just a currency of the 17" version.
There is a grammatical error in the article: it says "processors". And also there are a few commas wrong. But I noticed a long time ago that there are a few mistakes in some articles from sk editors. Mate v lsa someone who supervises the proofreading? I don't want to be a nitpicker, but grammar is grammar:P
Don't you want? :-) unfortunately we don't have any.
I hope that retina It won't come to the iMac until sometime in 2 years.. I just bought a 27" iMac for Christmas and I would be upset if it had a retina display next year..
Unconfirmed information that has been speculated about for quite a long time :-/
So I don't understand the exclamation point.
But I'm curious...
