Apple published a ranking of the most downloaded applications for the platform iOS for this year. The ranking is divided into categories of mobile phone applications iPhone/iPod touch player and iPad tablet. The overview was then divided into the most downloaded paid and most downloaded free applications for both devices. The most downloaded paid application on iPhone pro The year 2011 was marked by Rovio's Angry Birds game. Angry Birds even ranked in the top three positions among the most downloaded applications for iPhone thanks to its "expansion discs" Doodle Jump and Seasons. It also placed three places among the ten most downloaded applications on the iPad, but where it did not achieve absolute victory, that was taken by the document editor directly from Applu Pages followed by another application AppGarageBand.
