The European Commission saves contracts between Apple and e-book publishers

Simon & Schuster, HarperCollins, Hachette Livre, Penguin and Holtzbrinck they are in the viewfinder European Union together with Apple. The investigation concerns whether they committed an unfair restriction of competition by mutual agreement. The EC is investigating whether there has been a violation of anti-monopoly laws, an illegal agreement on prices or cartel agreements.
