nakoneI couldn't resist and got a pad for review. I've been using it for a few days now and I dare say that it's a balm for Magic Mouse. The pad is made of genuine Brazilian leather, which is very soft, so soft that you can only see its pattern when looking very closely. The pad offers sufficient comfort not only for the mouse, but also for the wrist that touches the pad while working. Some users may find the relatively high profile, which makes the pad protrude about half a centimeter above the table surface, annoying.
Quality first
The leather layer is roughly 2 millimeters thick, the rest of the pad is made of rubber, which, however, has rounded edges compared to ordinary pads. The foam is therefore sealed from all sides and there is no danger of the rubber peeling off or rolling out. Here, apart from the leather, the quality of the mat is the most noticeable. So you don't have to worry about your almost $25 pad getting ruined. The bottom side is made of non-slip material, which holds on the table without the slightest movement. On the other hand, pads in a much cheaper price range have a similar underside. You will certainly be surprised by the weight, which is around 200 grams.
Magic Mouse It's not exactly one of the best gliding mice. The pad doesn't make it any easier to glide, and it's up to you whether you like the speed. Magic Mouse is satisfactory. If you are one of those users who are not satisfied even with the fastest cursor movement setting, the Review Newer Technology NuPad™ is not for you. Although the pad makes movement very precise, it also slows it down. However, for graphic designers and people who make precise movements, this is a great choice.
Summary
I won't compare the quality of the Newer Technology NuPad™ to any other pad, as I've never tested one of similar quality, but I don't think you can buy a pad of significantly better quality or better quality for a similar price. The pad is definitely not intended for users who are bothered by slow cursor movement. Magic Mouse. This is a stylish addition toanca product that will add a luxurious look to your computer, display and quality desk. The manufacturer probably doesn't expect the price to be used by users other than those who value luxury and exclusivity.
