The popular modem of the Czech and Slovak operators Huawei causes many users problems during installation on Mac OS X. Officially, this modem is supported by the Mac OS X operating system, but its installation is not one of the easiest. We have prepared a clear video guide for you, thanks to which you can install the Huawei modem in a few minutes. Watch the following video for yourself, which, in addition to the instructions, also includes a speed test of the modem.

somehow the video doesn't work on copyright, can't you fix it?
For me, the video is displayed normally even without logging in to YouTube. The video is from our production, just like the instructions, I don't know what the problem could be. Please try it one more time
Unfortunately it doesn't work either.
Yes, we apologize
That's nice but what about OS X 10.7?
You cannot install. driverz 10.6 to 10.7. I have a feeling that with 10.6 it requires Rosetta kt to be installed. it is no longer possible to install it on 10.7. I saw some Stay Connected beta on 10.7 but I couldn't get it to work. It kept throwing unsupported SIM.
If you want to use any Huawei stick from O2 (E220, E160, E1750, E173) on MAC OSX (10.6 and 10.7), there is nothing easier than using the official Mobile Partner directly from Huawei.
Both Mobile Partner and foolproof instructions for its use are directly on the O2 website.

So why deal with StayConnected compatibility? :)
I personally use Mobile Partner on MBP OSX 10.7.2 together with E1750 and E173 modems and everything works without any problems...
I don't have a mobile partner, I have a t-mobile modem and there is no mobile partner
Otherwise, thank you, I'll try to see if it works on the t-debile modem.
Especially for Vodafoneone (but also other operators) and problem-free use even on Lion exists Vodafoneone Mobile Broadband for Mac OSX version 4.07 fully compatible with Lionem. Downloadable e.g. at http://vodafone.com.au/help/mobilebroadband/internetstick/index.htm
Minosvk: Mobile Partner is directly from Huawei, so it will work with a Huawei stick from any operator.
Hello, I have a MBP Mid 2012 and a Huawei E173 modem. Does anyone have experience with getting the modem working??
Thank you
