In the game, you will become an ancient ruler of the landscape and you will be tasked with building an advanced civilization with a well-functioning economy. You will have to defeat your opponents with your power. The game will show whether you are a real leader who can start from scratch, or just an "ordinary" king like there have been hundreds of them. Even if the game is not one of the latest, you will definitely enjoy playing it, both on PC and on iPhone and therefore it should not be missing in your collection of strategy games!
Graphics
If you've played the game on PC, you know the approximate quality of graphics you can expect on yours iPhone/iPad, which is incredible! Buildings and people are clearly visible and sharp even at the largest reduction. The graphics are really good, it will definitely suit more demanding users. The game also supports Retina Display, which iPhone and iPod 4 generation owners will appreciate.

Sounds
The music and sounds are also from the PC version and in my opinion they fit the game. But I would still welcome the option to add my own music from my iPod.
control
At the beginning of the game, you will be greeted by a tutorial that will explain it to you, but even so, you will have to go through the controls one more time. The controls will take some getting used to, especially if you haven't played the PC version. It's not that the game is poorly controlled, but with the number of "functions" it will take a while to find out where the buildings are, how to control them... After a few minutes, however, it will get into your blood and nothing will limit you.
The game
You get to choose who you play as. You can choose Romans, Vikings or Mayans. Or you can fight the dark forces in Dark Tribe. In the game, you have to manage resources wisely. You'll have to craft everything from the ground up yourself, from lots of buildings to raw materials, including tools and weapons. If you choose the wrong tactics and develop for a long time, the enemy will attack you and you will have no choice but to play the game from the beginning. However, if you figure out the right tactics, you would appreciate the choice of difficulty, but you would look for it in vain.
Conclusion
The game is truly one of the best strategy games for iPhone or iPad, which you can find in App Store. The game also pleases with multitasking support for newer devices. You will also notice one annoying bug in the game, that when you pause the game and start it after a while, the top bar remains there, which is quite disturbing. What is interesting, however, is that the game on the iPad and iPhone they have the same price, which is probably a rarity.
