First, a few notes. The difference between a dead and stuck pixel is clearly defined: a dead pixel does not light up, is either gray or black, and cannot be revived in any way. The only option is to return the display and replace it. On the other hand, a stuck pixel is a pixel that is stuck on one specific color. Most often it is blue, red, or green. This defect isance for repair, pixels can be moved using special "flashing" programs or the "pressure" method (which of course does not work on the iPhone).
And now for the rules. In the case of an iPhone or iPod Touch, one defective pixel is enough to claim. In the case of an iPad, two pixels are enough. In Macbook(from 11″ to 15″) can be claimed with three bright pixels or five dark ones. For the Cinema monitor, the rules are defined as follows: 8 bright, 10 dark or 15 defective pixels in total.
Remember that you must exceed the above numbers to make a successful claim, otherwise you will most likely fail.

I didn't know that. iphone 4 I have 1 dead pixel almost exactly in the middle, it's white/gray and I didn't know what to do with it, so tomorrow I'm going to the advertising agency, I just hope that they will return it to me as soon as possible :D
That's really scary Apple I expected more here
Na iPhone 4 I also have a bad one in the middle. But how does the claim process work? A month without a mobile phone? Moreover, if now iPhone 4 in the Czech Republic almost non-existent.
hmm, I have about 10 death pixels on my iPad :( but where should I go to claim it?
Why try the service .o)
It's a bummer that a monitor for more than 25k has to be like a Dalmatian to be able to claim it :(. This would discourage me from buying it. Even monitors "for a few bucks" usually have garanceven up to 3 defective pixels.
I have on MacBookFor 1 defective pixel, it really annoys me. Moreover, I wouldn't say it's that rare.
