The white one hasn't even hit the market yet iPhone 4 and there is already speculation about what new features will appear in the next generation of iPhone (5?). The most speculated is the integration of a chip that would allow the iPhone to communicate over short distances with other devices.
The technology used in this way is called NFC (near-field communications). In practice, it works as follows: you no longer have to wait at the checkout in the supermarket and pay with cash or card. You simply walk through a designated terminal that connects to your mobile phone.oneyour payment will be made automatically without unnecessary delay. This system has been successfully operating in Asia for several years (for example, when paying for high-speed trains). If Apple actually integrated this feature into the phone, in our latitudes we would most likely not try it anyway. However, it is possible that our western neighbors would be better off.
The biggest weakness NFC is currently the transmission speed. If this fact can be dealt with Apple successfully deal with and secure the device against data misuse, we could see the feature within the next few years or even months.
